Complaints

Thomé Asset Management & Asset Controlling defines a complaint as any written or oral expression of dissatisfaction, whether justified or not, concerning a service or activity relating to Regulated Financial Services we offer or failed to provide which alleges that the complainant has suffered (or may suffer) financial loss, material distress or material inconvenience; and relates to an activity of that respondent, or of any other respondent with whom that respondent has some connection in marketing or providing financial services or products, which comes under the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Complaints Handling Summary

All complaints will be recorded and independently assessed and investigated. Wherever possible, we will seek to resolve your complaint promptly and in any event within three business days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, we will provide you with an acknowledgement letter and will keep you informed of progress. We try to resolve all complaints within eight weeks and will send you a Resolution Letter explaining our assessment of the complaint, including any remedial action or offer of redress.
